Ive had an incredible experience with One Neon, from when I first submitted an idea to aftercare post delivery. What's the turn around time?
All around, we ask for 1-2 weeks to receive your sign from the day you place your order. That’s 3-5 days to manufacture & quality test your order before we ship it out, and once dispatched, it typically takes 3-9 days to arrive at your door.
We can also have the sign to you, in a slightly shorter time (1 weeks) for rushed orders. Send us an email at contact@one-neon.com to let us know you wish to place it on the rush list.

Why can't apply the layout I want?
The DESIGN YOUR OWN customizer presents computer generated mock-ups that might not allow you to achieve your desired layout. If this is the case, please send us an email at contact@one-neon.com with your specifications and what you are trying to achieve and one of our lovely designers will have that design mocked-up and priced in no time.
Which is better LED or Glass neon?
LED Neon:
- Energy Efficiency: LED neon is much more energy-efficient than traditional glass neon, consuming less power.
- Durability: It's more durable and less fragile, which makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
- Flexibility: LED neon is flexible and can be shaped into various designs more easily than glass neon.
- Cost: Generally, LED neon is more affordable, both in terms of initial cost and maintenance.
- Safety: It doesn’t use high voltage, making it safer to handle and install.
Glass Neon:
- Brightness: Glass neon tends to be brighter and can produce more intense colors.
- Authenticity: It has a classic, vintage appeal that some people prefer for its aesthetic and nostalgic value.
- Longevity: When properly maintained, glass neon can last a long time, but it’s more fragile and susceptible to breaking.
- Customization: Glass neon offers a high level of customization in terms of color and design, but it requires skilled craftsmanship.
Ultimately, if you’re looking for something more durable, energy-efficient, and cost-effective, LED neon might be the better choice. If you prefer the traditional look and are okay with the higher maintenance, glass neon might be the way to go.
Why do the words go to the line / why dose the size jump up?
Since the online customizer is a computer program, it considers minimum sizes and restrictions of Neon signs making. It probably means that we cannot fit the number of words or letters you want in the size you want. While the program is mostly correct, there might be ways we can help you make your sign in a slightly larger size rather than jump a full size up. So if you find yourself not managing to get the size you want, please send us an email at contact@one-neon.com with your specifications and what you are trying to achieve and one of our lovely designers will have that design mocked-up and priced in no time.
